How do I sign up for an eLearning or Coaching session?2021-02-20T14:22:18+01:00

Click on the Sign Up and Book Your Date button and you will see a list of dates and times for the session you have selected. Click on your choice, enter your payment details and you will receive an email notification with the Zoom link for the session. You can integrate this directly into your calendar.

When will I receive the material for the eLearning session?2021-02-27T18:31:43+01:00
After the session, you will receive an email with materials from the session. Please note that materials are for your express use only and are not to be shared. Thank you for respecting this.
What if I cannot make it to the session I booked?2021-02-27T18:40:35+01:00

I understand that priorities change and that you may not be able to attend on the date you booked. Just click on Reschedule in the email confirmation you received with your booking.

Note: do not click on Cancel as this will remove your booking completely and you will not be refunded.

You can pay with all major credit cards.

Yes, once you pay, you will receive two receipts. One from Stripe confirming the payment and one from Aura Suriya which can be used as a tax invoice. If you need more details on your receipt, you can send me an email.

If you click on Cancel, it will remove your booking completely and you will not be refunded. I recommend that you click on Reschedule instead and choose another date. If you clicked on Cancel by accident, and I know that this can happen😊, please email me.

I am sorry but refunds are not possible due to the limited number of participants per course and in some instances, the material has already been prepaid.  I recommend that you Reschedule instead and select another date for the same topic. You will find this in the email confirmation you received with your booking.

All the live eLearning sessions are open sessions with no signed NDA’s. You are therefore responsible for what you are willing to share with the other attendees.

Yes, all coaching sessions with me are private and confidential.

Absolutely! Personality is private and your NEO-PI-3™ assessment will not be shared with anyone. In the live, virtual session, you choose what you would like to reveal about yourself to the other attendees.
